About the Event

The Rwanda International Education Fair, May 2025 edition will be held at the Four Points by Sheraton Kigali on Monday, May 26, 2025.

Rwanda is widely recognized as an important emerging market for international education, with over 50,000 Rwandan students studying abroad annually. These numbers are increasing steadily due to concerns over the quality of domestic education.

Lekkside Education Fair has created a benchmark by bringing delegates from popular institutions to Rwanda to meet qualified students who are keen to gain admission in the upcoming sessions. The fair helps thousands of students every year to pursue education overseas. Motivated by the organizer’s core values ‘of ethics, expertise, and leadership’, the fair is one of the most reputable events in the field of overseas education in Rwanda.

The fair expects a total of 1000+ students, 30+ Institutions from the world’s top destinations, 10+ qualified high school tours, and dignitaries from essential sectors that assist Rwanda students’ mobility to the world.

Yes, you can get on-the-spot admission into any of the participating university when you satisfy their admission requirements.

Entry is FREE at all venues. The fair begins at 10AM and ends at 6PM in all locations.

This Education fair is a public event open to all persons interested in studying abroad and their parents. Parents and guardians are advised to accompany their wards as there will be courses for secondary school leavers, current university and polytechnic students, graduates and academia for Phd.

Reasons vary by individuals: A more effective education system, new cultural experience, making life long friends, becoming world ready, traveling… Reasons are limitless, find yours.

Photocopies of all your educational qualifications, credentials, certificates, copy of international passport data page; passport photograph, CV, transcript and reference letter (if available).

Experienced counselors and university delegates would be more than happy to discuss on a one on one basis with you to identify, unlock and recommend appropriate courses.

There will be no scholarship awarded on the day. However, information on where to source scholarships are widely available.

Yes you can! Whether you’re in the university or polytechnic, you can transfer to a top foreign institution and continue your education.

Yes you will. You can direct all your questions to foreign representatives of participating universities who will be on ground to attend to all your needs and inquiries.
